About
We're building the fire risk assessment software UK housing deserves.
FRA Flow is built around BS 9792:2025, evidence-linked AI report drafting, and a reviewer sign-off workflow that respects the competent person. This page tells you who's behind it, why it exists, and what we hold ourselves to.

Founder, FRA Flow
I started FRA Flow in 2026 after watching housing fire risk assessors spend more time rewriting reports in Word than walking buildings. The standard had moved to BS 9792:2025, but the tools most contractors use still feel built for the PAS 79 era: long forms, photo dumps, and a senior reviewer reading every paragraph by hand on a Friday afternoon.
The product is deliberately narrow: housing assessors and consultancies serving housing landlords. Not high-rise specialists. Not generic compliance suites. The narrower scope is the point. It lets us build a workflow that maps to BS 9792 from the data model up, instead of bolting AI onto a legacy form library.
I'm building this with a practising fire risk assessor running an FRA consultancy in the UK. Every workflow decision in FRA Flow has been pressure-tested against real housing FRA work he's doing right now, on real buildings, for real landlord clients.
What we work on
The narrow set of things we go deep on.
We don't write generally about fire safety or compliance software. The pages on this site cover a deliberately narrow set of topics, and the product mirrors them.
